Updated, well-appointed kitchen has everything you need. Beach supplies in condo.
The Space:
Open, bright, lots of natural light. Palm tree view out front and out back in the pool area. New appliances, everything you'll need. high speed wifi, two TVs with full cable package (one in bedroom, one in living room). Comfortable couch in living area, small dining table, Keurig and drip coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Very short walk to beach and many restaurants and shops. Beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, toys), pickleball paddles provided in hall closet. Pickleball court across the street. Lots of patio furniture and umbrellas for lounging out back in pool area and nice seating on your front patio. One block from Bradenton Beach Marina with boat, seadoo rentals or tours. Bike rentals nearby too. Very close to the Cortez Bridge back to mainland Bradenton and Sarasota, so excellent quick on off access for bigger shopping excursions.

Public pickleball court across the street from our condo Trolley stop a block away (runs north/south up Anna Maria Island.
Getting Around:
very short walk - a few hundred yards to the beach and multiple popular waterfront restaurants in the famous Bridge Street Circle area of Bradenton Beach. Water view dining on the Gulf beach or on Sarasota Bay (intercoastal). Boat, sea-doo rentals or scenic boat tours at Bradenton Beach Marina - on our street (one block away). Trolley stop a block away (runs north/south up Anna Maria Island.
Other Things to Note:
There is one dedicated parking spot for our condo, so it's best to bring one car. If you have two cars, smaller cars may fit back to back in our one spot. There is nearby public parking in the area, but overnight public parking is only available off the island.
