All essential items in the bathrooms are provided, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, and clean towels. Washer and dryer is available with few laundry detergent pods. Charging stations all around the house. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary small appliances to make your experience like home, Keurig Coffee maker, Toaster, Air fryer, and quality cutlery and cookware.
Water in Milford haven is amazingly warm till October and shallow even few hundred feet out, with white sand. Very safe to swim or to lounge. Water remains calm for the most part and is great for standup paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Since water is like swimming pool, just lounging in it is a great experience with family and friends. Local area offers kayaks to be delivered.
Property features plenty of well-maintained flat grass area for activities, sports or just for walk around and explore. Chairs for siting by the water and you might spot dolphins swim by. Dining table on the deck with outdoor furniture on the porch for warm gatherings. Areas around the property offers incredible fishing for Striper, Trout, and Croaker as well as plenty of Blue crabs walking around chilling. Plenty of oysters on the shoreline, getting washed out. Property has two buildings, the main house, and the garage, though, Garage Building is NOT part of the rental due to renovation. New carpet and luxury vinyl floorings are installed throughout the house, and most of the furniture and decor is new.
