With an extensive living space of over 1,750 square feet, the open floor plan is ideal for families or groups of friends. The interior has been revamped with new furniture, including mattresses, coastal decor, paint, high-quality LVP flooring, and smart TV's, creating a modern and fresh ambiance.
The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a large flat-screen smart TV with a gaming console, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or even for a rainy day. The dining area seats eight comfortably. There is one large table that seats six and another smaller table that seats 2. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Kitchen supplies include pots, pans, cooking, baking utensils, and many extras to make you feel at home. There is a Keurig coffee machine, regular drip coffee machine, and electric tea kettle to suit your preferences. The laundry room includes a full-size washer and dryer, perfect for laundry on your beach vacation.
