The neighborhood where the property is located in downtown, in a few meters you can find the International Pharmacy, some food stores for buying famous red onions of Tropea, calabrian salamis, nduja of Spilinga, cheeses of Monto Poro, everything is near historical center, shops, bars, restaurants and the staircase that leading to the beaches and to the Port of Tropea, even the train station is few minutes of walking.

From Airport by car: International Airport of Lamezia Terme to Tropea or Airport of Reggio CALABRIA to Tropea
from the North: Motorway A3 (Salerno-Reggio Calabria), exit PIZZO CALABRO, therefore SS522 to Tropea

By car from the South: Motorway A3 (Salerno-Reggio Calabria), exit ROSARNO afterwards take SS18 to MILETO and then SP17 of Vena di Ionadi to Tropea

or take exit SANT' ONOFRIO-VIBO VALENTIA to Tropea

By Train: from Lamezia Terme Centrale to Tropea;
or from Vibo Valentia-Pizzo to Tropea
