Negative: The apartment is outside Porec. You have to rely on your car. The drive to Porec center and to various supermarkets, shops and drugstores is short (approx. 7 minutes). We didn't like the apartment that much. It is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator. It doesn't get any higher than that. We believe it is not just an apartment building, but locals also live there and in the immediate vicinity. It's bright in the stairwell. We had vacationers with a barking dog next door. The apartment is narrow in the hallway-kitchen-dining and living area. The balcony does not have a dining table but a comfortable lounge. There is a laundry rack and many clotheslines already stretched out. The kitchen is equipped with little cutlery. The Tupperware containers with leftovers like sugar and the like were not so nice. Here we don't know how old it or the spices are. Small spoons and normal knives are missing. The furniture in the bedrooms is old and stinks when opened. We slept well on the beds. There are only shutters with mosquito protection on the windows to darken them. It would have been nice if the mosquito protection was attached directly to the window so that you could sleep with the window open at night and be ventilated. There is air conditioning in the living room which unfortunately doesn't reach into the back bedroom. A fan would also be good. The bathroom has lots of storage space, but not enough towel hooks. Attention, there is a tire repair shop opposite, which starts at 8:00 a.m. One evening (10pm) a truck was loading old tires with a crane, which was annoying because of the loud noises. In addition, the area around the property does not look clean, more like a garbage dump. The property with pool is not inviting. The loungers are old and mixed in color. The parasols are faded. The covered seating area is functional with a large table and 2 benches. But it wasn't comfortable here.
