Ideally situated in the center of the paradisical twin beach villages of Mazunte and San Agustinillo, see and hear the waves from both Master Suites, the large Kitchen and the wood Terrace. Just a 3-minute walk to the best swimming beach, and steps to Yoga Hridaya, shops, restaurants, mini-grocery, and bakery.

Details:
The Master Suites home is our latest addition to our Alegria family and our years of "super-hosting" folks from around the globe to this beautiful coastline. The home highlights a beautiful tall Cactus and a wonderful Ebony tree that we saved and centered the property around.
The Spaces:
- 2 Large Ocean View Master Suites (~400sqft each) on each corner of home with many windows. Each Suite has 1 Queen Bed, 1 Day Bed / Sofa, en-suite bathroom, desk, and outdoor wood deck.
- 1 Large Ocean View Kitchen with dining table for up to 8 people. Features high ceilings, superb views and natural light. Located in the center of the home with private door access from each Master Suite.
- 1 Large Wooden Ocean View Deck of ~400sqft to watch the waves, surfers, etc.
Note: Although very high above the main street (~65 steps), you may expect some limited road noise which is mostly drowned out by the sound of ocean waves.
