Located near the mouth of the harbor, deep canal will accommodate large sail/power boats. Private dock. Boat launch at Colington Marina for $25. Four season room located on bottom level with hot tub, unfinished bar area and full size refrigerator.

Upper Level- Open Living Room, Kitchen & Dining area. Master with en-suite bath, King Bed. Sun room and large deck facing water with furniture.
