Summary: It’s 100 degrees in Houston in July. The air conditioning was not working properly. Inside the house temperature never got below 75 degrees. The owner must have known about this problem because there was a stand up fan in all the rooms blowing hot air. The grass was 6-7 inches long. We arrived Thursday night, he cut the grass Saturday morning. The actual inside of the house was decent and would’ve been nice if we had air.
