Sans Souci is a cozy guest house that stays comfortable year-round with heating, AC and a, outdoor hot tub.
This beautiful, peaceful retreat features two cozy bedrooms—one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed—and room darkening shades--perfect for a restful night’s sleep.
In the backyard there is a fire ring with ADK style chairs, firewood & starters, and most importantly the Hot Tub. On the back deck is a grill for you prepping your outdoor culinary delights. The outdoor amenities are available and fully operational year round.
Inside the fully stocked kitchen there is mostly everything you'll need to make a home cooked meal. Equipped with an electric stove, calphalon pans, full size stainless steel refrigerator, granite counter tops, coffee mugs, champagne flutes and more. In the living room there are two couches that have 4 reclines for maximum relaxing space for each guest.
Our Sans Souci guest house is located on the northwest shore of pristine Hemlock Lake in the renowned Finger Lakes Wine Region of New York and right next door to the historic winery,
O-Neh-Da Vineyard. While we are close by to the winery we are tucked away into the trees and enjoy a private driveway with ample parking for two or more cars. While you are here you can enjoy the private hiking trail down to Hemlock Lake and lots site seeing close by.
With all the comforts of home at your finger tips, Sans Souci & Hemlock Lake are truly a gateway to the art of living well, Finger Lakes style!
