We have an other cottage to rent, independant, in the same little hamlet : AN HEOL COTTAGE reference 586590. Writte this reference on destination, you'll finf it !
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
On arrival a deposit for the house of 600 euros is requested, by cheque only, not cashed and returned within a week after departure by mail.
For foreigners this deposit is to be paid by bank transfer or by bank check, which you can request in advance at your bank, (the case for Germans who have no checkbook) returned within a week after your departure. Species are not allowed.
During this time of COVID-19, a strict and compliant sanitary cleaning protocol is put in place between each rental.
For cleaning, we use, among other things, a steam device (Vapodil) that cleans at 120° all surfaces and fabrics and a disinfectant.
Duvets, mattress protectors and pillows are changed at each new rental. Sheets are no longer provided. You must bring your own. Sheets required. sleeping bags prohibited.
The cleaning fee of € 50 has also become mandatory.
You have at your disposal: hydro alcoholic gel, soap, handkerchiefs, but also everything necessary for cleaning and disinfection during your stay.
I also put at your disposal an airtight box on the terrace to store your shoes, could you bring your indoor shoes; slippers, flip flops, etc…
The reception is done with respect for barrier gestures, social distancing etc.; I wear in particular a cloth mask and ask you to wear one, the time of the reception.
The reception was put at 18 hours and the departure at 9 hours, this to give us the possibility of having a larger time slot for the aeration of the cottage and its cleaning/ disinfection.

A tourist tax paid to the municipality of €1.10/ adult/day is requested on arrival from April to September .
All these conditions are specified on the contract that we will send you once your request is accepted. This contract realized only between us the owners and you the tenants, is mandatory!
The traditional Breton granite 'Blue Cottage', is in the little hamlet of 'Le Lisse', just over a kilometre from the small town of Erdeven in the lovely Morbihan area of southern Brittany on the north west coast of France. The beaches of Kerhilio, Kerminihy and Sainte Barbe,are 2 kms from here.
The cottage has been lovingly restored and has rose terracotta tiled floors, oak beams and white walls and a comfortable home like feeling about it. There is a closed garden full of flowers surrounded by a little stone wall and the hamlet is very quiet, so children can run about freely and safely.
The garden is full of rhododendrons and camellias, rosemary and thyme and has parking space and a pleasant stone terrace.There is also garden furniture,table, chairs, sunbeds and a barbecue.
Our pet’s friends clean and quiet are wellcome . Just tell what type of animal for the booking. No cats!
Details of accommodation:
The house is decorated in an original style with teak furniture and has a number of engravings and photographs in black and white on the walls of Britain and other countries. There is a dining area open to living and kitchen area, with an after bath, painted blue and white. A safety barrier for children can be mounted on the top of the stairs. All baby furniture (bed, bath, high chair ...) are provided for free.
The kitchen has everything needed, including an oven and hob and a microwave, refrigerator and a large variety of devices such as a toaster and coffee machine, multifunction robot. All glasses and dishes are kept in the cupboard and there is a table and teak chairs.
There is also a high chair and baby dishes.
Surroundings and activities.
A Erdeven, the natural world remains intact. The sand dunes dotted with thistles and troubles, the contrast with the pine wood adorned with gorse and broom ... From the sea to the hinterland, wide open spaces waiting to be explored, a natural playground for active recreation: marked trails, bike trails (mountain bikes), horse riding, mini golf, squash, tennis and golf with 18 beautiful 9-hole course at St Lawrence.
The Cottage is located a few kilometers from the fishing port and marina Etel, and near Carnac, Auray, Lorient and Vannes. From the Quiberon peninsula there are boat trips to offshore islands, Belle Ile en Mer, Houat, Hoëdic and close; the Gulf of Morbihan (20 kms) which is well known for its wild beauty and which covers an area of ??more than one thousand square miles with more than forty uninhabited islands, which can be visited, wildlife reserves, bird parks and prehistoric megaliths.
Between the Quiberon peninsula and the beautiful River Etel Erdeven is a playground for your vacation, free and easy. Throughout the year, in a crisp and natural, it's Erdeven offers a rich cultural heritage.
