Welcome to Bayside Bliss, a delightful bay home nestled in the heart of Seabrook, Texas. Location: Seabrook, Texas - just a 5 minute drive to the Kemah Boardwalk
Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it's time to relax and cool off.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet Policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if youโre planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: There is room for 4 cars in the driveway.

The playful fourth bedroom is a highlight with its custom-built triple twin bunks, perfect for kids wanting a fun and cozy sleeping arrangement.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 10 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighborsโ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
