This beautiful beach house was completed in the Fall 2016 and has everything you could want for a relaxing, peaceful beach getaway. Open concept living room & kitchen with large flat screen tv, chase lounge couch, beautiful quartz counter tops and dining table. Leading out to a spacious patio with ocean views. This ground level also has the master bedroom with a large flat screen tv and luxurious master bathroom.
4 blocks south of Belmont park and an easy walk in the opposite direction to the Jetty. A perfect location for a peaceful vacation and also a short ride to the many fun activities in and around San Diego. A quick walk to bike, kayak, paddleboard or boat rentals. A quick drive to Downtown, Gaslamp, Old Town, Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Little Italy, Ocean Beach, Point Loma and more.
Full size washer/dryer on the second floor.
Towels and linens are provided. There are also beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and an outside shower to rinse after the beach.
