The first floor offers a large living space with a couch and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bathtub shower combo, both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. There is a bunk bed (queen lower and single upper) perfect for extra guests.

In the loft area, you will find two sleeping areas one with 1 queen size bed, closet, and wardrobe. The second space offers 2 single beds and direct access to the private balcony equipped with a small table and chairs perfect for enjoying the views with your favorite drink. You'll find a handful of restaurants and cafes in the area.
You don't need a vehicle when you stay in Whistler. Explore the neighborhoods by bus, bike, or on foot via the paved Valley Trail, taxi service, or BC Transit. If you prefer to bring your car we provide free, open parking in the Building's parking lot.
-Guests will need to use stairs to access the unit on the 3rd floor.
-The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It DOES NOT measure conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.
-The second floor of the unit has an open space concept.
-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.
-Viking Fire will be conducting the annual fire safety inspection in the common areas starting at 8:30 AM on June 16th, 2025. There may be periodic bell testing during this time. Every effort will be made to minimize disruption.

1. We strive to keep our unit in good working order for the positive experience of all guests. Our policy is to resolve or provide a remedy to any reservation-altering issues inside the unit within 24 hours. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution. To prevent abuse, our policy is to not adjust the original price of the reservation but to provide a remedy for any issue within 24 hours.
2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.
3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.
4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.
5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.
6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guestโ€™s entire reservation.
7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 8 guests. Unregistered guest/s is strictly not allowed.
8. NO PETS allowed.
*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guestโ€™s entire reservation).
9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.
10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.
11. VEHICLE AND TRAILER POLICY: All vehicles must be registered prior to parking on the property. No trailers, other than those belonging to the building maintenance managers, are permitted in our parking lot. Failure to comply will result in immediate towing without notice. This policy is in place to ensure that parking is available for our residents and guests and to prohibit unauthorized vehicles from using the parking lot.

Summary: The unit was in a cool vintage property - the collection of skiing equipment and the vintage photos were very cool. Close to a great pizza restaurant as well as a nearby diner, and easy access to the village. We had a great stay, picking up some holiday vibes.
