Casita 915 Plumer is perfectly located 3 blocks from the University of Arizona. It is situated in the Sam Hughes National Historic Neighborhood where most of the homes are well over a hundred years old. We are all new inside though! Easy walk to all sports. Private parking in a neighborhood that restricts street parking for residential comfort. In February of 2022 we finished a complete remodeling which started with gutting the space and then:

Quaint, fenced brick courtyard for morning coffee. You will love the fenced and private patio! Tucson has become quite famous as a gastronomic wonderland and you are right in the middle of it all. If you are an Arizona Wildcat sports fan (or visiting team fan) McKale basketball arena and the Arizona football stadium are walking distance. Go Cats!
Quiet dogs are welcome for a $50 fee. There is coin-op washer / dryer on site. Please note amenities as we have a fully equipped kitchen waiting for you including coffee grinder and maker, blender and oh so more.
One mile from Reid Park Zoo, golfing and plenty of nightlife. 1/2 mile to UA Banner Medial Center. Great local for strolling and exploring. World class hiking in our saguaro cactus forests are nearby.
