Summary: When I was at the airport I called the hotel to find out what bus to catch thai Days inn representative hung up on me. When I got to the hotel my room was on the second floor. The whole floor did not have air condition and the air conditioner in my room didn't work. When I went to the desk in the morning to check out the person behind the desk said talk to the person in the tomorrow. I talked to the person on the next day. She said talk to the person on Monday when I called on Monday. They said call back tonight and talk to the person at the desk at night. Either way I would like some kind of discount. The carpet was disgusting throughout the hotel and there's no AC.
