Positive: The staff was very accommodating when I experienced excessive noise at 8am in the morning due to maintenance works outside. They moved me to the other side of the complex and I was very appreciative of this. Thank you to the lovely lady at reception

Negative: If you are undergoing maintenance works, then might be best to decrease the costs or otherwise do not put people in the rooms and it was not very ideal for when you are on holiday and wanting to sleep in and relax. It would also be nice for the apartment/unit to provide internet and pay tv use

Summary: Nice experience and very close to the main key restaurants in Palm Cove
