Positive: Beautiful expansive home accommodations for entire family on my birthday weekend. Grass area outside for 4 year old granddaughter to play. Patios, decks and shade.
Negative: No internet for 24 hours. No TV. Consumed at least three hours of my time attempting to reset routers and modem and trouble shooting that was required before sending out a repairmen who said the line was cut!!! This is an ongoing issue by reviews apparently ! Upstairs is HOT … both bedrooms. Room cooler unit is useless. Invest in modern wall coolers. $4000.00 a night and sleeping on the couch downstairs for air conditioning ??? Lower level Downstair beds BOTH had dirty sheets! Red hair on pillow cases. No extra linens available. Poor supply of towels 11 guests with 10 towels … Birthday Vacation to wash daily ? Location is not ideal for swimming … shallow with moss and debris floating.
Summary: Beautiful property but needs some upgrades and maintenance on the behalf of guests.
