Ihre Erdgeschoß-Ferienwohnung "Lois" befindet sich in unserem Privathaus in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, direkt am Ortsrand von Eggstätt. Im Haus wohnen nur noch wir selbst, Manfred und Gesche, sowie unser liebe Mieterin Anne und natürlich unser sibirischer Schmusekater "Paka". Der kuschlige Haustiger verteidigt unseren 1000qm großen Garten gegen alle Piepmätze und Schmetterlinge der Gegend und ist ein richtiger, wenn auch schüchterner, Salonlöwe, der gerne Gesellschaft hat. Vor dem Haus ist für Sie ein eigener PKW Stellplatz reserviert und es gibt einen Unterstand für Fahrräder. Zur sonnigen Südseite erstreckt sich der Garten und die zur Wohnung gehörige Terrasse mit Sitz- und Eßgelegenheit. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie die Ortsmitte von Eggstätt, den Bäcker und das nächste Gasthaus in nur drei Minuten. Auch zum Hartsee, unserem Badesee, sind es zu Fuß nur wenige Schritte oder vier Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Mit 115 qm Platz bietet Ihnen ihr Feriendomizil "Lois" sicher ausreichend Platz für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der Einrichtungsstil, in dem die Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet ist, könnte man modern-alpin bezeichnen.
Die beiden separaten Schlafzimmer sind 12 und 15qm groß und jeweils mit einem Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm, durchgehende Matratzen) ausgestattet.
Das Bad hat ein WC, Waschtisch, Dusche und eine Badewanne. Um Seife und Toilettenpapier (Erstaustattung) brauchen sie sich nicht zu kümmern. Daneben liegt gleich ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Die große separate Küche ist im modernen Alpen-Stil eingerichtet und hat neben einen Herd/Backofen, Kühlschrank/Gefrierkombination sowie auch eine Spülmaschine. Geschirr und Küchenutensilien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Essig und Öl, Salz und Pfeffer, sowie einige gängige Gewürze, Spültabs und -Mittel stellen wir Ihnen zur Verfügung. Die Küche hat eine Kaffee-Pad-Maschine. Platz zum Essen finden sie alle auf der echten, bayerischen Eckbank, rund um den urigen Esstisch. Der Wohnraum ist der größste Raum. Hier laden zwei elegante Sofas zum Verweilen, Ausruhen, Fernsehen ( DVBT& DVD) und zum Ratschen ein. Bettwäsche, Hand und Duschtücher stellen wir Ihnen zur Verfügung.(1x pro Woche Wechsel)
