Positive: Good location near major cities and restaurants.
Negative: Very basic facilities, no good breakfast or variety, no welcome water or anything else in room, plus parking for a fee even though you parked at hotels owned parking space. The small convenience section at the lobby (water, refreshments, etc) was almost empty.
Summary: Very basic hotel and offerings, at least good location.
