Summary: • Overwhelming fresh paint smell. Gave me a major headache. • Cheap, cheap and uncomfortable furniture. Didn’t know Temu made furniture! • Miserable uncomfortable bed • No screen on windows. Opened it to try to get rid of the paint smell. • AC didn’t work • Dryer didn’t work - found that out the night before I left when I tried to rinse out some clothing for the trip home. • COMMUNICATION WAS THE HORRIBLE! Got no code until after several attempts to call and/or email. Got hung up on 3x by stupid AI that gave me totally different instructions that I could pick up keys from the front desk. • After my 4th attempt I finally talked to a person that asked me what room I was trying to check in to??? I needed a code to release the keys from the wall on the box. The lobby staff said that they previously checked people in but it had changed to KeyCafe Exchange earlier in the year. They had no way to assist someone. • UPDATE the check-in instructions and ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE when people call. AI cannot assist when there is a conflict in the information in the system! • An app doesn’t help you are trying to check-in after a long day of travel. Do not recommend.
