Overview: Our one bedroom apartment is the ground floor of our beautifully renovated 300 year old captainโs stone house on the front line (waterfront) of Prcanj, one of the picturesque villages on the UNESCO protected Kotor Bay. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities to make your stay enjoyable. There is a gated garden sitting area out front as well as access to a large ponta/jetty in front of the house. There is a small beach two doors down.
More Info: It is an unique apartment, in just as unique location. It has two restaurants and a well stocked mini market a two minute walk away. The main village of Prcanj, with a supermarket, restaurant, cafรฉ, bakery and post office, is a five minute walk away. Kotor, the Unesco heritage walled castle city, is a 10 minute drive, and Tivat, home to the super yacht marina, Porto Montenegro, is a twenty minute drive away. The house is also on the local bus line to both Kotor and Tivat.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances one would expect including: (all Miele brand) a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, washer/dryer and an American sized fridge and freezer (Whirlpool). The kitchen and living room are open concept, with a granite bar type eating area and bar stools.
The living room has a dining area, as well as a couch, coffee table and chair and a water cooler. There is a TV with cable, and wifi. From the kitchen and living room there are beautiful views of the bay and the majestic mountains surrounding it.
Off of the living room is a bathroom with a shower.
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, night table and vanity, drawers and closet.
In front of the apartment is a gated and hedged garden with an outdoor seating area with a couch, chair, chaise lounge and a coffee table.
There is access to the ponta/jetty across the street.
The apartment has air conditioning.
Prcanj is a perfect getaway spot to either relax on the ponta/jetty reading or swimming or taking a stroll into town to visit the many restaurants, cafes and historical sites. Hop on the bus (just outside our gate and runs every hour) to explore the walled castle city of Kotor (10-15 mins depending on traffic) or, in the opposite direction, to Tivat and the superyacht marina, Porto Montenegro or Tivat's famous waterfront "Pine" (20 -30 mins depending on traffic.)
