The home has world-class views of Cook Inlet, Mount Susitna, the Alaska Range, Fire Island, and the lights of downtown Anchorage. The location is in a quiet residential area but only eight minutes from quality restaurants and shopping and just 20 minutes to the Anchorage airport or downtown Anchorage.
This home is perfect for large groups traveling together. There are excellent opportunities for outdoor activities at many venues including Chugach State Park, Potters Marsh, Hilltop Ski Area, Hillside XC ski trails, and many others. The Seward Highway is very convenient to this property and can take visitors both north and south of Anchorage for day trips or longer excursions. Summary: We were in town for a wedding and had 13 guests (3 families). The house was spacious and had plenty of room for us to either spread out or get together and visit. The house had all the amenities we needed and was very clean. The host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had, and check-in and check-out was a breeze!
