This renovated apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the Golf Building, in the exclusive 24/7 secured and gated Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort. The apartment is within walking distance of the tropical beach, the spectacular golf course, 3 restaurants / beach bar, gym, tennis court and diving center. Our spacious corner terrace offers a great view of the sea, golf course and the flamingo lake and have a nice breeze for cooling. The pool with sun beds is 50 meters away. The residential gated complex is well located on the challenging 18 hole Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort. Blue Bay beach offer magnificent snorkeling and diving opportunities. At the resort there are also several swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, , bikini shop, restaurants, bars, jogging and walking paths. The Resort is just a 10 minutes drive from Hato International Airport and less than 12 minutes drive to Willemstad and its historic district. Other nice beaches and dive spots are within 5 to 25 minutes drive towards Westpunt or to Eastpunt to the island. Renting a car is common amongst travelers in Curaçao, if you want to make the most out of your stay and explore the many activities.
Our corner-apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom / furniture / toilet equipped with hand- and bath towels. You may use hot or cold water. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet with safe and from two windows a beautiful view of the island. From the kingsize bed you may watch the TV flat screen with 50 channels. Both bedrooms are equipped with linens, ample closet space and air conditioning unit. A separate guest toilet is present. As well as an iron and ironing board. The open fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave / oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee / Nespresso for the fan and a kettle. The entire apartment is air conditioned and has wifi. Electricity is 220 volts. The living room has a dining and seating area with flat screen TV and 50 channels. The extra space, light and golf views come through the bay window on the side of the living room. The sliding doors opens the corner terrace where a lounge seating area is with a ceiling fan and atmospheric lighting. There is ample parking next to the apartment and you can either take the stairs or the elevator to 2nd floor. The large pool with sun terrace and sun beds is 50 meters away.
Blue Bay Resort is a gated Golf & Beach Resort with 24/7 security. It is friendly for kids and very safe. Our guests have full entrance to all Blue Bay facilities, of which the tropical beach with sunbeds, cosy beachbar, bathroom/dressing space and massage center. The Azzuro restaurant at the beach offers full breakfast, lunch and dinner and in the evening you may enjoy the sunset at the Sunset Grill bar. Furthermore there are pools for guests, 3 restaurants, bars, a diving center, golf course, tennis and a gym for yoga/pilates.
Blue Bay Golf Course is an 18 hole par 72 golf course and offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the tropical vegetation along the fairways. The famous 6th hole requires you to swing quite a bit over the ocean. PGA Pro Roland Jan Derksen gives golf lessons both in English, German, French and Dutch, and holds regular clinics and Blue Bay Friends tournament. The cozy clubhouse is called hole 19. Guests receive 30% discount on green fees. Blue Bay Dive on the beach provides the perfect access to one of the best dive sites in Curacao - The Wall 2 reefs. Blue Bay Dive offers all PADI courses from beginner to professional diving. Snorkeling is also great at Blue Bay. And very simple, just walk into the water and you will instantly be surrounded by plenty of tropical fish, turtles and frequently a seahorse. A well-equipped boat is available for diving and snot. Blue Bay Fit in the Gym at the mansion is for yoga and fitness enthusiasts. There are great lessons from boot camp, body fit etc to yoga. Timetable is available in the apartment and on-line. In addition there are two tennis courts, hiking and jogging trails within the resort.
