Outside, is the very pretty open fronted, floodlit courtyard with the original interesting antique feature.The superb brand new swimming pool 10x5 m with Roman steps and children pool has ample sun terraces furnished with reclining sun loungers and brick build barbacue.
This area is one of Mallorca`s best kept secrets with secluded private estates and magnificent villas dotted around the countryside or perched on one of the many little hilltops that abound between the picturesque villages of Cas Concos and Alqueria Blanca. This coastline offers so many small delightful sandy beaches including Cala Mondrago and one of the finest beaches in Mallorca - Es Trenc, Cala Santanyi, Cala Llombards, S´amonia … all within 10-15 driving distance.The nearest golf course Vall d´Or is only 10 minutes driving distance.
