It is set over one floor and is surrounded by extensive shaded terraces perfect for enjoying a drink or relaxing watching the Ionian Sea. Entrance is onto the spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen. There is a comfortable sofa (that can be turned into a double bed if required), satellite TV, dining table for 6 and a fully equipped purposely-built kitchen (that includes fridge, freezer, 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine). Big patio doors open onto the front terrace and provide extensive views over the sea and the olive groves. There are 2 spacious and beautifully furnished bedrooms: a romantic double bedroom and a comfortable twin-bedded room, sharing a large family bathroom with bathtub + shower over. The whole house (including bedrooms and lounge) is air-conditioned (included in the rental rate).
Outside, the villa benefits from all the advantages of its superb location. Extensive paved patios surround the infinity-style private pool and provide great privacy together with unobstructed views to the sea. Sunbathing, having a refreshing dip in the sparkling pool or just relaxing reading a book surrounded by peace will be a true delight. The swimming pool measures 8m x 4m (depth. 1.5m), is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, parasols and is beautifully lit at night.
