Summary: The receptionist was unwilling to help with any of our concerns. The luggage cart was left on the 2nd floor; she told me I could go get it if I wanted it. The comforter in one bed was dirty; she said we could move to a new room but she couldn’t get us a new comforter. The hallways smelled like stale cigarette smoke, carpeting was stained and not vacuumed. For $185/night, I expect better.
