The open floor plan 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage features a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances; gas log fireplace; new mattresses and bedding; plush bath towels; Direct TV Network and W-Fi. Pets: The owners will allow dogs on a case by case basis. Please let us know. There is a $130/pet non- refundable fee.
4 Stall Barn and Paddocks: $25 per stall per day; Mandatory $60/stall cleaning fee and $125 manure removal fee. Stalls and barn still need to be cleared of all shavings and other debris.
Paddocks/pasture must be cared for & picked per standard protocols. Paddocks that are not picked will result in an additional $100 fee.
