A small and cosy 4-rooms property that ca be your warm and peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the Eternal City, as well as a perfect hub to discover its wonders.

DOUBLE ENSUITE ROOMS have a double bed (NO TWIN BEDDING).
TRIPLE ENSUITE ROOM has 1 double bed (NO TWIN BEDDING) and 1 single bed.
QUADRUPLE ENSUITE ROOM has 1 double bed (NO TWIN BEDDING) and 1 bunk bed.
A small shared area is equipped with a microwave oven, kettle, dishes and refrigerator.
There is no kitchen and cooking is not possible.
Rooms have wifi, soap, towels, bed linen, safe, tv, small fridge.
Room cleaning every 2 nights; bed linen and towels changed every 4 nights.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A valid credit card is required to guarantee the resertvation.
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in day (e.g. with check-in date 10/10/2020 you can cancel free of charge until 11:59 pm on 07/10/2020; from 00:00 am of 08/10/2020 a late cancellation fee applies).
Cancellation after the aforementioned deadline and no-show incur in a late cancellation fee equal to the price of the first night of the reservation.
Late arrivals and early departures incur in a late cancellation fee equal to the price of the night booked and not used if not requested before the aforementioned deadline.
In the event that the charge or pre-authorization of an amount equal to the late cancellation fee is unsuccessful, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

LOCATION
Less than 10 minutes walking from Termini Station (Rome's main railway station) and 4 minutes from Repubblica or Barberini metro stops, La Controra is also within walking distance from the city centre and its main sights and liveliest areas, while being in a very quiet and safe neighborhood.
Youâ€™ll be a 5-to-15 minutes pleasant walk far from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: from 15:00 (03:00PM)
Check-out time: by 10:30 (10:30AM)
Guests are requested to communicate an expected check-in time at least 24 hours before check-in day, as the property does not have a 24 hours reception.
Staff handles check-in 24hrs, but knowing an approximate arrival time allows to welcome guests and schedule housekeeping to the best.
Access to rooms starts at 15:00 (03:00PM). If guests arrive before, it is possible to leave luggage at the property.

When using the elevator please check that the doors are closed properly (both metal doors and wooden doors). The elevator does not work if the doors are open.
After using the elevator, please ensure that the elevator doors are closed properly to avoid causing any nuisance to other people who may need it.
ATRIUM AND STAIRCASE
The hostel is housed in a building in which other people live.
Guests are asked to behave in a manner that respects the rights of such individuals and other guests.
In particular, please note that:
1) The stairs, the elevator and the atrium are not part of the hostel, so they should only be used to access or to leave the building and guests are not allowed to eat, drink or engage in other activities.
2) Smoking down the stairs, in the elevator and in the atrium is prohibited by law.
3) It is strictly prohibited to leave any kind of waste on the stairs or in the elevator.
