Summary: Hotel was a typical South American hotel in that it was in desperate need of modern upgrades as well as general updates to paint, furniture, blinds that clearly show wear and tear. Staff was very helpful, if you do not speak Spanish you will struggle as majority of staff does not speak English. Wifi really struggled, especially when streaming from the TVs. Rooms were also not clean, we found cockroaches in the drawers and multiple cracked/dirty/pealing paint and damaged fixtures that need attention especially in a suite. The breakfast was extremely good and you can't beat the location.
