Prepare grand meals and touring snacks in any of the sophisticated eat-in kitchens equipped with stainless steel appliances, a floating island breakfast bar, and a formal dining table. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is provided for those who need to work remotely.
Each home has two primary bedrooms. All the bedrooms have comfortable beds to ensure everyone receives a wonderful night's rest from the day's adventures. Kids will love hosting sleepovers in the bunk room, where they can create memories that'll last a lifetime. A separate bungalow is available for those who want privacy, with a kitchenette and a full bathroom. Things to Know
The shared dock is only shared between the household rentals and is not a neighborhood-shared dock. However, the boat ramp is shared with the neighboring homes.
There are 12 kayaks for rent with paddles and lifejackets for $25 per day.
Wood is not always provided for the firepit. There is a wagon on the property under the house for collecting wood.
The fireplace is not operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
