Positive: The location was good. The house was very cute & ready for our three night stay. It was a bit more complicated because the house was managed by Vacasa. Therefore communication was confusing. We did not have any written directions on how to use any item. For example, we wanted to make the house a little warmer and when we contacted Vacasa and explained what we needed, the person (who did not identify themselves told us to send a photo) Huh? No help there. We got many texts and emails from Vacasa but that confused us further because there was a different phone number for each text. When we checked out, we received different instructions on what to do. For example, we were asked to put towels in the washing machine but the house did not have laundry soap. Next time, we will double check before we rent a property with Vacasa. We had a similar experience when we rented a house in Vermont with Vacasa. Please note if you rent this house, there are tenants who live downstairs which we did not know until we got there.
Negative: Vacasa handling the property.
Summary: When you rent a house with Vacasa as the property managers, you are on your own.
