Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it features a 45 m² living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom (with bathtub) and a 3,000 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- Electric gate. At the end of the garden, 1000m² of additional garden closed to the public and shared with the other apartments in the residence, featuring ducks, geese, black swans and dendrocygninae with access to a pond.
