The flat is composed as follows:
- A functional, fully-equipped kitchen (combi oven, fridge, ceramic hob, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and numerous kitchen utensils). You'll also find a dining table with four chairs for your meals.
- A living room, with a lovely sofa, flat-screen TV and excellent internet connection (fiber).
Then the staircase takes you upstairs:
- A bedroom, with quality bedding (double bed 160X200), a large dressing room and a small desk for working.
- A shower room with WC and large walk-in shower. For your convenience, a washing machine, drying rack and ironing board and iron are at your disposal.
Neighborhood:
Less than 5 minutes' walk from Place René Bouhier, you'll find a bakery, wine shop, florist and all the local shops you need. There's also a small supermarket open until 9:30pm Monday to Saturday and 9am to 1pm on Sundays.
