This is a multi-unit property with 2 studio apartments located in the stone building that sits to the right/back side of the house. These units rent separately and have their own deck, firepit and gas grills.

Year-round golf, tennis, fishing (NC fishing license required) and walking/biking on the 3.8 mile paved path around the lake. Seasonal pool, paddle board & kayak rentals, mini golf, and shuffleboard. Nestled between the Great Smoky Mountains and The Blue Ridge, weโre surrounded by amazing hiking trails and waterfalls.

- Located 2-3 minutes off Hwy 23/74/19. Paved roads throughout the neighborhood and fast snow plowing in the winter makes for easy year-round visits. Parking on street or in Lake Junaluska parking lot across the street. Elevation 2600 ft.
