Dock details: This home is not on the water so it is a short walk to the dock. itโs just down the hill from the house across a small unpaved road. The house and the driveway are up on the hill so you would walk down the driveway across the dirt road to the stairs to take you down to the dock. Theyโre welcome to go on the dock, fish from the dock, put the kayak and the canoe that we have there and tie it to the dock. If they have their own boat, I believe theyโd have to launch it at the public area because the lake committee inspects the boats for signs of invasive species prior to them going in the water. Once itโs in the water, they are welcome to drive it to the home's dock. Of course New Hampshire is subject to boating licenses if they have their own boat, the assumption would be they also have a boating license.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
