You have to cross the Etang Salรฉ forest (5km) to reach the largest beach on the island (lagoon and open sea). From the terrace you can see the Indian Ocean when the vegetation is not too high. Large swimming pool (10m / 6m) surrounded by a 70m2 deck.
Barbecue, possibility to take your meals in the garden under the avocado tree or on the terrace more commonly called here: veranda.
The house is located in the heart of a very quiet town, at the bottom of a private dead end.

It is not a temporary rental house but a residential house with all the necessary equipment and the comfort announced.

The garden and the swimming pool are maintained by professionals. The house is fully equipped, it is very pleasant to live in as it is a wooden frame house built in 1996; so there is all the comfort of a modern house.
