Feel blissfully relaxed in our renovated home. Washoe Bliss boasts newer furniture and appliances as well as modern bathrooms and plush bedding. Downtown Tahoe City offers restaurants, shopping, and Lake Views! The newly complete remodel features a kitchen that is well stocked with any appliance you may need to create a home cooked meal while on vacation. The kitchen opens up to the dining area which provides plenty of room for the whole family at this beautiful table that seats 6.
The living room is home to two big, comfy couches and a flat screen TV. This forest home is sure to please you and your guests as you enjoy your stay in beautiful Lake Tahoe. The main floor features a bathroom with a shower/tub combination, kitchen, dining, living room and a full deck with table and Barbecue(BBQ is not guaranteed in Winter). The upper floor has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the other has a Double bed. The upstairs bathroom has a modern shower. Downstairs has 2 more bedrooms, large living space to spread out, and full bathroom.
Less than 2 miles from downtown Tahoe City with an abundance of great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, etc. Take a stroll down the river path (bike and stroller friendly) with miles of comfortable walking or biking alongside the Truckee River, and past Lake Tahoe. Downtown Tahoe City has a large playground great for kids, grassy lawn, and beach area for relaxing and taking in the sights of the lake and surrounding mountains. Miles of easily accessible paved bike/hiking trails minutes from your front door. Up for some adventure, try the river rafting down the Truckee River (entrance 2 miles from house).
Take a quick 10 minute walk to the private beach at Tahoe Park, well equipped with BBQ grills, lawn areas, private beach, etc. Avoid the crowds of the public beaches with this exclusive access.
Sunnyside restaurant and lodge, with fine dining and lake front comfort food; West Shore market with great fresh brewed coffee, deli style cafe, market; Fire Sign Cafe for excellent brunch; bike and kayak rentals are all within a 10 minute walk from the home.

* Due to the temperate climate, like most homes/condos in Tahoe, this one does not have Air Conditioning. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.
*Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.
*Renters must be 25+
