Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no elevator), with a surface area of 32 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travelers, it consists of a lounge area, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen at your disposal, with beds made up on arrival.

Two mini-markets on rue St-Vincent and rue de Dinan.
