This townhouse features hardwood throughout, sleeps 16, and is situated on the desirable 73rd Street with a 1.5 block walk to Sea Isle's beautiful south end beach. The home has a full garage equipped with beach chairs, beach tags, and an additional refrigerator for your use. CROCK POT INCLUDED. As you enter this townhouse, to your left you will find the first bedroom with two twin beds and another large bedroom with two queen beds and a TV. The first level also includes a full bathroom with tile surround shower / tub and tile floor. The 2nd floor has an exquisite main living space including custom kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a large center island bar and dining area. The area extends to the spacious living room with sofa and tasteful dรฏยฟยฝcor, as well as a gas fireplace and large TV! The living room leads out to covered deck with wicker seating for relaxing after a fun-filled day at the beach! Also on this level is a rear Master bedroom with a queen bed, TV and private bathroom w/ custom tile shower with glass enclosure. On the 3rd floor you will find 3 more bedrooms including a large rear bedroom with two queen beds, another bathroom with custom tile shower and glass enclosure, a middle bedroom with queen bed, and another huge Master Suite with a king bed, TV and two closets. The Master Suite features its own custom-tiled bathroom with glass enclosure and double sink as well as a private deck, perfect for viewing both sunrises and sunsets.
