Positive: The pool are gardens were beautifully kept and very clean.All the garden staff were lovely and friendly. We had a small back room for two which was clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast manager was very professional and attentive.
Negative: Although the breakfast staff were kind and polite it became quite annoying when they would take your plates or cups away too soon.It made breakfast very unrelaxing. It was just too much. The snack menu was not great.The food was very small and not that tasty. On leaving a receptionist was quite rude when we asked about a taxi.Kindness and attention to detail was just not there. The day trip options were quite expensive.
Summary: Lovely property but some staff training would be very beneficial.
