Positive: First the Property Mgmt. staff were exceptional in their assistance and rapidly responding to my emails and offering tips. We were a party of 5 which this house comfortably accommodated. The house is about 10 min drive to the slopes and even less to restaurants, supermarkets, etc. depending on where you choose, the house offered a great night's sleep due to its location (which we loved) but yet minutes (10mins) to the slope, and less to restaurants, etc. It offered a great view from the living/Master bedroom off the deck and from the hot tub ground floor of the mountains (another great feature it sat 5 of us at times comfortably). Beds were extremely comfortable, linens, comforters, pillows were deluxe, and windows well blocked out any drafts along with black out curtains in the bedrooms perfect for sleeping. Bathroom floors were properly heated, YAS!!. The movie/projection room was the best, they offered instructions were easy to follow in setting it up. We spent a lot of time watching games movies downstairs.
