This brand new, luxurious 2 bedroom Penthouse Apartment was built in 2015, and consist of an en-suite off the master bedroom and a family bathroom. The internal living area is very spacious and is 105 sqm, and out door space consists of, first floor terrace and top floor roof terrace which are 140sqm of private space. The living area is designed as an open plan setting with a fitted and well equipment kitchen the apartment is both decorated and furnished to a superior standard with, a home from home feel in mind. It benefits from all mod cons and full air conditioning. It is well equipped with wireless and internet access 42 inch TV, with freeview channels from all over Europe and the US. You will be please to find all the facilities expected of luxury property.
There are two communal pools located in the landscape gardens area, one of which is an infinity pool. The complex also has an on site Bar Restaurant, a free Gym, Spa, and equipped playground for the young children.
The Penthouse and complex is suitable for couples and families who want outstanding accommodation away from the hustle and bustle and is excellently located for beaches, which are within 2 minutes by car. The 18 hole golf course is also within a few minutes drive.
