Positive: We’ve just returned from a stay at Meadow View Lodge at Tattershall Lakes, and we had such a lovely experience. The lodge itself is absolutely beautiful, both inside and out. From the moment you walk in, it feels incredibly warm, welcoming and homely, rather than just somewhere you’re staying for a few nights. It’s beautifully decorated throughout, modern but cosy, and you can tell that a lot of thought has gone into making it somewhere guests can genuinely relax. Everything was very well equipped, particularly the kitchen, which had everything we needed during our stay. The lodge was spacious, comfortable and had a real home-from-home feeling. One of the extra touches that stood out for us was the walking wardrobe, which was a lovely addition and something every woman will appreciate! The bathroom is gorgeous too, and the whole place feels much more luxurious than your typical holiday accommodation. The lodge is also pet friendly, which was fantastic for our dog. He absolutely loved being there, especially taking in the beautiful views and enjoying little naps on the decking. It was lovely to be able to bring him along and know that he was just as comfortable and happy as we were. One of the biggest things for us was the location. Tattershall Lakes itself can obviously be very busy and lively, but Meadow View Lodge is positioned on the outskirts, so you get the best of both worlds. You can enjoy everything the park has to offer but then come back to somewhere that feels much more peaceful and private. Sharon was also incredibly kind and thoughtful, and kindly purchased the park passes for us, which made everything so much easier and was such a lovely gesture. She was also very easy to reach throughout our stay, and we could ask her any questions whenever we needed to. And of course, the private hot tub is a massive bonus! 🥰 It’s the perfect way to switch off in the evening and enjoy the surroundings.
