Positive: I loved the comfy bed and the fridge and such
Negative: The person who responded to my review was extremely rude about the situation we were put in. Im highly disappointed in the way they handled my honest review. I gave them a 4 star out of 5 and they came up with this reply. "I’m sorry about the door code you were a last minute booking on a Friday when we were sold out at all properties and she had set codes before you booked, we are not able to field every call immediately. We resolved the code issue in 20 minutes from your first call and did the best we could. Thank you for staying with us." This was extremely rude and I was upset that they weren't answering the phone within the allotted time slot their phones were on. The response made me give a lower score due to their smart mouth. Im highly disappointed in the respond to my review I gave them.
