Positive: The location is great & Croyde beach nearby was wonderful. The accommodation is really homely & the hosts were kind enough to think that as we were there over Christmas we might need a larger roast tin & had left a foil one which we were very impressed by. The property was clean & tidy & the garden was well looked after.

Negative: The bed is listed as an extra large double bed but it isn’t it is just an average double bed. This was a real shame as it was what tipped our choice to choose this property & we didn’t sleep as well as we would have liked. The towels are quite hard & small. Some bath sheets would be a great addition.
