Positive: The property had ample space for a family of five, or two couples plus one. The space was comfortably appointed, and there was a nice sized game room. The outdoor area was great with space for activities, and parking was easily available.
Negative: The access road to the property was VERY rough, with many dips, holes, and high spots. The trail (canโ€™t really call it a road) is a poorly maintained partially graveled, partially dirt / mud affair accessed via a very narrow bridge. The โ€œbridgeโ€ is a concrete construction with no guardrails or anything marking the edges. It would be easy to drop a wheel off the side during the sharp left turn required immediately after it required to pick up the trail. This access should be marked as โ€œhigh ground clearance / four wheel drive / mud and snow tires required. There are also several points where there would be obvious flooding that could affect access or egress with moderate rain.
