Positive: The location was definitely very practical, in terms of free parking, and walkable access to the French Quarter. There is / was also a tramcar stop an easy 6 mins. walk away.
Negative: I am not going to list the 'issues' that had to be dealt with after I had moved in. I would say and suggest to other potential renters to make sure they message and check with the owner / manager prior to arrival - asking, "Is everything there definitely ready?" I am sure s/he will 'understand' what is being referred to. By all means, refer back to my review and quote me. To their credit, when I did reach out and contact them, the response was quick and someone was sent round the first day I was to deal with and sort out '... what needed to be done ...'. Fair play - but this (and a few other things) should all have been '... done ...' before one moved in.
Summary: Stay there if nothing else for the above positive reasons but contact & check before moving in.
