Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Looks pretty much like on the pictures :-) Small-ish but useful. Cutlery, pans (so you can cook if you wish), washing machine with a drying rack on the balcony (laundry dries in few hours), soap etc. Internet works fine, didn't use the tv so can't comment. 15-20 minutes walk to nearby bars and mini-shops (but it's uphill so be ready :-). You can use their plunge pool (too small for swimming but just fine to cool down and relax). The host, Ben, was really nice and courteous.
Negative: Really minor things: bath/shower courtain (I prefer glass as courtains tend to try to stick to me while I shower), rather low water pressure, no dishwasher (but there is detergent so you can clean), no washing powder for laundry (something like a single-use/single-laundry sachette might be a nice touch - otherwise you need to go to the shop and suprise surprise they only sell large quantities). Oh, and you might want to consider using a car if you want to go to the beach (buses are infrequent). Ooooh, and everybody says here they got a wine gift, well I didn't! :-)
