The villa sits in a select and quiet residential area approximately 2km / 10 minutes from Coral Bay Beach and it's popular town.
The villa is local (3-4 minutes drive time) to the village centre and tavernas of Peyia, a beautiful village with fantastic panoramic views towards Coral Bay and Paphos. Peyia is a lovely Cypriot village, well served with a bank , numerous supermarkets, pharmacy/doctor, stunning church and a number of authentic high quality restaurants and bars as well as other retail outlets.
The villa is situated just 25 minutes from the town and airport of Paphos and only a 5-10 minute drive to the popular beach resort of Coral Bay with it's comprehensive amenities including a large number of quality bars and restaurants.
