Condo is on the beach with a large patio providing unobstructed views (BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS) of the Atlantic Ocean, Village Pier, St. Simons Sound, Jekyll Island, Sidney Lanier Bridge and cargo ships passing just offshore. The condo is in the14 unit Pier Pointe Condominiums located the heart of the village and is gated community with an ocean side swimming pool. You can walk to local restaurants, shops, fish off the pier, visit the SSI lighthouse and enjoy Neptune Park. Non smoking, pets not allowed.
Second floor, two bedroom condo, sleeps six and seats six for dining, includes two full renovated baths. Hardwood floors throughout the condo. Two suites. One suite provides a king size bed with ocean view, the second provides two twin beds. A queen size inflatable bed is available in the living room coffee table.
